Dr. Khirkhah Surgical Center is the first modern surgical center in the country with a German style and design, equipped with German materials. The center features 7 operating rooms, with all walls and recovery rooms made of stainless steel, German Geoflor flooring, and a modern central ventilation system that ensures zero contamination in the operating rooms. The center also boasts professional cooling, heating, and air conditioning systems, complete with oxygen generators, compressed air, central suction, and separate surgical floors for eye, ear, nose, cosmetic, general, urinary tract, lithotripsy, orthopedic, and gynecological surgeries.
One of the unique features of this center is the separate surgical floors and dedicated operating rooms for different types of surgeries, which has significantly reduced
hospital-acquired infections. The equipment in the operating rooms and surgical center is state-of-the-art, mostly sourced from Germany, and the anesthesia machines used are the latest models from Germany, minimizing errors in gas connections down to zero.
This center has three laparoscopic devices for internal surgeries, which reduce the need for open surgeries in various procedures including general and plastic surgery, gynecological surgery, urinary tract surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery, and orthopedic surgery.
The surgical equipment is the most up-to-date, and the sterilization equipment for surgical sets is equipped with autoclaves and plasma, which are actually the world’s sterilization method. After the operation, all surgical sets are transferred to the CSR for sterilization through a special elevator and then transferred back to the respective operating room through another special elevator, which helps to reduce surgical infections.
The surgical sets are German and the operating room beds and lights are also German.
The inpatient ward is very beautiful and fully equipped with ideal electric beds. This facility has cardiology clinics, surgical clinics, anesthesia clinics, dermatology and beauty clinics, and performs various hair and eyebrow transplant procedures, laser and skin treatments with modern equipment.
Furthermore, this facility has a specialized wound care clinic that treats various chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, vascular ulcers, extensive burns, post-operative infected wounds, bed sores, and stoma care by experienced wound care specialists. With reputable agencies for all wound care products and advanced dressings from world-renowned brands, the wound care products sales and distribution section has been established.
This center is equipped with an Echomery device, which has been launched for the first time in Dr. Khirkhwah’s surgical center.
